Range Graded Proportional Circle Map

In a range graded proportional circle map, circles are used in different sizes proportional to the given value of the data. For instance, in the map above, we see amount of aerial bombardments of Britain during WWII. The more aerial bombardments that occurred, the bigger the circle in that area will be.
